Nexus People is seeking Parcel Sortation Operatives to join our client’s warehouse in Lutterworth (Magna Park). No experience is required; just a willing attitude, teamwork, and a readiness to learn. You will receive full training and be part of a supportive team focused on meeting daily targets.

The role offers full-time shifts with weekly pay, on-the-job training, and opportunities for overtime. A temporary to permanent progression opportunity is available for the right candidates.

Job Title: Parcel Sortation Operative - General Warehouse duties as well as loading, unloading and sorting parcels

Competitive Pay Rate: £13.21 to £14.80 p/h

Location: Lutterworth (Magna Park)

Working Hours: Full time hours

Contract Type: Temp to Perm opportunities for the right candidates

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting Parcels across both inbound and outbound departments
• Loading and unloading parcels
• Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided)
• Operating pump trucks and pulling cages
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Working with your team to hit daily targets

You should be:

• Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits)
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment
• A team player who communicates well
• Flexible and able to follow instructions
• Punctual, with a good work ethic
• Able to commit to full time shifts
• Able to travel to and from site for your shifts (the site is located in Magna Park in Lutterworth)
