Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting Delivery Drivers to deliver parcels and letters on a devoted community route. You will help maintain a world-class service while upholding high integrity and delivering friendly customer service.

The role runs a minimum of five days per week (Mon–Sat) with 15:00–21:00 shifts. Basic pay is £16.24 per hour. A DBS check is required as part of the application process.

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points (subject to conditions).

Responsibilities

Royal Mail deliver letters and parcels every day to people throughout the country and are relied on by communities across the UK. We are now looking for Delivery Drivers to be a part of this world-class service.

You will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters quickly and efficiently, by driving and/or walking on a dedicated route, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service! Other duties may also include sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office.

• The role is working a minimum of 5 days a week between the days of Monday to Saturday. (Shift times may vary)
• Shift time is 15:00 - 21:00
• Basic pay rate - £16.24ph
• Temporary

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will need the following:

• Full UK driving licence, with no more than six points. (Subject to conditions)
