Job summary

Royal Mail in Tendring is seeking Delivery Drivers to distribute parcels and letters within the local community. You’ll be part of a world‑class service, delivering quickly and maintaining high standards while providing friendly customer service.

The role runs at least 5 days a week (Mon–Sat) with shifts 15:00–21:00. A full UK driving licence (max six points) is required; a DBS check will be conducted during the application process. This is a temporary position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels and letters quickly and efficiently on a dedicated route.
• Drive and/or walk the route while maintaining high integrity standards.
• Sort mail/parcels at the delivery office as needed.

We are now looking for Delivery Drivers to be a part of this world-class service. You will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters quickly and efficiently, by driving and/or walking on a dedicated route, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service! Other duties may also include sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office.

• The role is working a minimum of 5 days a week between Monday to Saturday. (Shift times may vary)
• Shift time is 15:00 - 21:00
• Basic pay rate - £13.69ph

• As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will need the following: Full UK driving licence, with no more than six points. (Subject to conditions)
