Job summary

The Progeny Group Limited is seeking a Paraplanner to join our Paraplanning team in delivering outstanding client experience. You will work with Client Executives and Financial Planners to draft detailed suitability letters and reports for client meetings and annual reviews.

You will analyse client objectives, risk tolerance and tax implications while maintaining compliant documents and supporting continuous professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years paraplanning experience.
• Certificate in Financial Services and RO2-RO6 qualifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial products and FCA principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive with strong record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis to identify suitable solutions; present cashflow scenarios.
• Prepare suitability letters and reports for reviews and new business; prepare tax calculations and plans.
• Liaise with providers to obtain information about investments.
• Determine client objectives, risk appetite and capacity for loss.
• Prepare client files for review meetings and maintain compliance throughout the journey.
• Adhere to FCA rules and firm procedures; support peers and senior staff with complex cases.
