Job summary

Progeny is seeking a Paraplanner to join its Paraplanning team in Worthing, Exeter, Cambridge or Marlow. You will produce detailed suitability letters and reports, collaborate with Financial Planners to align plans with client goals, and support client review meetings to enhance the overall client experience.

The role requires 2+ years paraplanning experience, a Certificate in Financial Services, RO2-RO6 qualifications, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' paraplanning experience
• Certificate in Financial Services required
• Minimum of RO2-RO6 qualifications
• Strong technical knowledge of financial products and FCA principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised with ability to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Collaborative team player with Financial Planners, Client Executives and Paraplanning colleagues
• Commitment to continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Produce compliant, high-quality suitability letters and reports
• Prepare tax calculations and financial plans for clients
• Conduct research and cashflow modelling
• Liaise with providers to obtain information on investments
• Support client review meetings and maintain compliant client files
• Ensure FCA rules and procedures are followed
• Assist peers with complex client matters and peer reviews
• Maintain product and technical knowledge through CPD
