Job summary

Progeny is seeking a Paraplanner in London to support the Financial Planning team by producing compliant, detailed suitability letters and reports for client reviews.

You will work with Financial Planners and Client Executives, developing cashflow models, tax calculations and engagement materials while maintaining high-quality records and adhering to FCA guidelines. Office attendance is three days per week, with days coordinated by the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years paraplanning experience.
• Strong knowledge of FCA principles and regulatory standards.
• Ability to produce detailed, compliant client reports and suitability letters.

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis to identify suitable solutions; present cashflow scenarios.
• Prepare suitability letters and reports for annual reviews and new business.
• Liaise with providers to obtain information on investments.
• Determine client objectives and risk tolerance with the planning team.
• Maintain compliant client files throughout the advice journey.
• Follow FCA rules and procedures with integrity.
