Recruit Wealth Limited is seeking an experienced Paraplanner in Newbury. You’ll join a close-knit, client-focused team delivering holistic financial planning with hybrid working and modern AI-enabled tools.

Requirements include 2+ years paraplanning, Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and strong knowledge of pensions, investments, trusts and taxation. Location: Newbury, Berkshire. Salary £40,000-£50,000 per year, permanent role with clear career progression.

About You

You’ll already have a strong background within Paraplanning and enjoy the technical side of delivering excellent advice.

You’ll Ideally Have

• A minimum of 2 years' Paraplanning experience
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Excellent technical knowledge of pensions, investments, trusts and personal taxation
• Experience writing suitability reports and holistic financial planning reports
• Strong analytical, numerical and report-writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, dependable and collaborative approach
• Embrace technology, back office systems and AI
• Experience working within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment
