Job summary

Integro Partners in Solihull is seeking a Paraplanner / Trainee Paraplanner to join an expanding wealth management team. Hybrid pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with strong study support and clear progression paths.

The role focuses on supporting advisers, preparing reports, researching pensions and investments, and assisting with technical calculations while maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA/wealth management environment.
• Paraplanning or report writing experience.
• Good understanding of pensions and investments.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
• Level 4 Diploma or RO exams in progress.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers across a range of financial planning cases.
• Prepare suitability reports and client recommendations.
• Conduct research across pensions, investments, and protection products.
• Assist with cashflow modelling and technical calculations.
• Support client review processes and ongoing servicing work.
• Liaise with providers and third parties where required.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliant file management.
• Work closely with a collaborative technical support team.

Paraplanner / Trainee Paraplanner

Location: Solihull

Working Pattern: 3 days office / 2 days WFH

I’m currently working with a well-established and growing wealth management firm that is looking to expand its technical support team with the addition of either an experienced Paraplanner or a Trainee Paraplanner looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

• Supporting advisers across a range of financial planning cases
• Preparing suitability reports and client recommendations
