Lead Recruitment Consultant (Midlands) – Paraplanner role for a respected firm of Independent Financial Planners. Based in the Midlands with flexible hybrid/remote work (2–3 days in office per month).

• Writing detailed, tailored suitability reports
• Conducting cash flow forecasting and financial analysis

• Collaborating with advisers and supporting clients with clarity and care
