Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be HCPC registered as Paramedic with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Completion of the NQP consolidation period and portfolio submission/sign-off.
• Must have attended and completed the 5 Day Mentor Course.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to operational/non-operational staff to ensure high quality service and KPIs.
• Oversee estates, medicines management and infection control across the area.
• Lead and motivate staff, support mentors, and participate in clinical competency panels.
