Confidential is seeking a Paralegal specialising in residential conveyancing to join a team that values quality and personal service. The role covers all stages from inception to post-completion, with a supportive environment that encourages learning and progression.

Formación

• Conveyancing knowledge and understanding of residential files.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous document handling.
• Good communication with clients and colleagues to progress files.

Responsabilidades

• Handle conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion.
• Manage registered and unregistered land matters.
• Work on freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership files.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy cases.
• Submit Land Registry applications and related filings.
