Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with client care focus.
• A proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Assist fee earners with mixed conveyancing workloads from instruction to completion.
• Draft contracts and supporting documents.
• Conduct searches and prepare reports.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
• Handle post‑completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
• Provide regular client updates and maintain high standards of client care.
• Support the wider property team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own small caseload of matters
• Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
• Conducting searches and preparing reports
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
• Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
• Supporting the wider property team as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within residential conveyancing
• Experience assisting on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity
