• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within residential conveyancing.
• Experience assisting on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

• A proactive and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own small caseload of matters
• Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
• Conducting searches and preparing reports
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
• Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
• Supporting the wider property team as required
