Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a Paralegal to join our UK General Insurance Legal team in Norwich. You will support the UK Health business on a wide range of legal matters, from contracts to day-to-day advice, while building strong relationships across the business.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining broad legal and commercial exposure. The role emphasises learning, problem solving and delivering practical outcomes for customers in a supportive, in-house environment.

Qualifications

• Paralegal, Legal Executive or Law Graduate qualification or equivalent legal knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships.
• Good organisation skills and the confidence to manage competing priorities.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and customer outcomes.
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and build expertise in insurance and health-related legal matters.

It would suit a Paralegal, Legal Executive or Law Graduate who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and learning about a business from the inside. Our UK General Insurance Legal team helps colleagues make confident decisions that support our customers and our business.
