Job description

We are looking for a Paralegal to join us on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

The role in a nutshell: Providing Paralegal support to the Legal team and the wider TFSUK business as required.

A bit about the ‘Department': The Legal department supports the business by providing advice, project partnering, and contract drafting/negotiation. It covers areas such as consumer credit, data protection, company commercial, treasury funding, and corporate credit facilities, and also manages company secretarial matters.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents
  • Liaising with legal professionals and external counsel
  • Providing legal information to clients
  • Reviewing and drafting court-related documentation
  • Supporting litigation case files from inception to closure
  • Providing other legal support as needed

Experience you'll gain:
