We are recruiting for a Bodyshop Panel Beater at one of the UK's fastest growing motor groups. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your vehicle repair skills and work in a supportive environment where you can thrive and be yourself.

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform all panel beater repair work efficiently across a range of vehicles.
• Operate equipment safely, including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools.
• Follow job card instructions and demonstrate knowledge in repairing or replacing bodywork panels, chassis, and framework.
• Check repair quality, ensuring no defects, including work on quarter panels, filler, stripping, and rebuilding vehicles.
• Ensure repairs meet pre-accident conditions and adhere to Kitemark BS10125 and manufacturer standards.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant qualifications such as IMI Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or ATA accreditation are desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a similar bodyshop environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities.
• Passion for vehicle repair and quality workmanship.
