Perfect Placement UK Ltd seeks an experienced Panel Beater for a leading accident repair group in Crewe, Cheshire. This role offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per year and uncapped OTE of £60,000 with a 40-hour week plus flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• ATA Level 3 in Panel or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience working as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Technician, or Bodyshop Technician.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of vehicle repair procedures and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle panels for damage, determining repair and replacement needs.
• Remove damaged panels, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Shape, repair, and restore panels with tools such as hammers, dollies, and welding equipment.
• Apply fillers and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Conduct quality and safety checks on all repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate repair progress and timelines to customers.
• Support team goals by adhering to operational protocols and standards.
