Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of an established automotive accident repair centre in the Neath region for a skilled Panel Beater. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy workshop and progress your career in the motor trade.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Panel Beater to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
• Strong experience as a Paint Sprayer considered.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels, doors and bumpers.
• Conduct chassis and structural repairs as required.
• Carry out metal finishing, filler work, welding, bonding and riveting.
• Check completed repairs and report any additional work.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop area.
• Perform road tests where authorised and necessary.
• Use tablets to view job information and document progress.
• Support team targets and maintain high quality workmanship.

• Support the efficient movement of vehicles through the workshop
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment, adhering to health and safety standards

• Support team targets and maintain high quality workmanship
• Requirements:
• Fully qualified Panel Beater to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred; strong experience as a Paint Sprayer considered

• Motivated team player with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Panel Beaters with ATA accreditation are highly desirable but not essential
