Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable accident repair centre in Castleford. This well-established group offers stability and real career prospects within the automotive repair sector.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with no weekend work. Basic salary up to £45,760, with an OTE around £60,000, dependent on experience, and clear opportunities for progression within a secure, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or main dealer setting.
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable; extensive experience also welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard.
• Conducting insurance repairs and some retail work.
• Planning job schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and technical skills.
• Ensuring high levels of customer service that foster customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly work documentation.
