Responsibilities

  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality.
  • Record work carried out accurately in line with procedures.

Duties of the Panel Beater:
  • Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements
  • Assessing vehicle damage to determine the most effective repair methods
  • Removing, repairing, and refitting vehicle body panels and associated components
  • Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
  • Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Accurate recording of work carried out in line with procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and repair excellence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality repairs
  • Confidence working across various vehicle makes and models
  • Ability to work effectively within a professional, fast-paced workshop
  • Relevant qualifications such as ATA, NVQ, IMI or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
