Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a PaNDR Administrator and EBS Shift Leader to support the Paediatric & Neonatal Decision Support & Retrieval Service (PaNDR) for the East of England. This role provides essential admin support to the PaNDR team and to the Emergency Bed Service, ensuring smooth regional operations.

You will lead the day/evening shifts, coordinate regional referrals and bed/cot allocations, and line manage a team of EBS coordinators.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience with spreadsheets, data entry and filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support PaNDR administration and retrieval service operations.
• Lead daily shift and coordinate regional referrals for bed management.
