Job summary

Marie Curie seeks two compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialists to join a new service working across South Liverpool, within GP practices, community hubs and other locations. You will manage a caseload of patients with palliative and end-of-life care needs, delivering proactive, person-centred support and coordinating care across services.

You will provide specialist palliative-care advice, advocate for patient choices, and handle advance care planning in collaboration with the multidisciplinary
