Job summary

Marie Curie is recruiting two Clinical Nurse Specialists to join a new South Liverpool service, working across GP practices and community hubs within the PCN. You will manage a caseload of people with palliative-care needs, building relationships across primary and community care to enable earlier, person-centred care.

You will assess complex needs, plan and evaluate specialist treatments, and support advance care planning while working autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Post-registration qualification at minimum Level 6.
• Experience in specialist palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage a caseload across GP practices, hubs and PCN locations.
• Provide expert palliative-care advice and symptom management.
• Support advance care planning and conversations about future wishes.
