St Davids Hospice Care in Wales seeks an experienced nurse to deliver high quality palliative care for patients with cancer and other illnesses. You will support patients and families, working within an inter‑professional team to develop integrated care.

The role involves symptom control advice, education delivery, and participation in research and clinical governance to ensure excellence in community palliative services.

Formación

• Current UK registration as a nurse with the NMC.
• Palliative care experience required.
• Post‑registration experience of at least four years, with at least two in palliative care or oncology.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient and family needs; provide symptom control advice.
• Support MDT in care planning and psychological, spiritual care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in audits.
• Contribute to education and training of the multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in research-based practice and clinical governance.

Educación

First Level Registered Nurse

Masters or first degree in relevant field
