Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Painter & Decorator (Multi Skilled Craftperson) to support building projects, maintain records, and assist with pre-installation inspections and minor installation improvements. A full UK driving licence is required, and the role involves driving Trust vehicles for personnel or equipment as needed.

Candidate should be able to assist with project work, equipment testing, and commissioning, with duties expanding to survey work and cost estimation as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in construction or facilities maintenance is advantageous.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic and paper records accurately and keep them up to date.
• Assist building managers with project work, new equipment testing and commissioning.
• Undertake inspections for pre-installations and investigate services required for new equipment.
• Carry out minor installation improvement works as needed.

Painter & Decorator (Multi Skilled Craftperson)

Keep plans, electronic and hard copy records, spread sheet statistical data and ensure such records etc. are correct, updated and revised as necessary. Hold a full UK driving licence. All vehicles are driven safely and driving licence is maintained. Required to drive appropriate Trust vehicles for transporting personnel or equipment, 100% of records, both electronically and paper based, are kept up to date. Assist with, and support the Trusts building managers in project work, new equipment testing and commissioning, specifications, surveys, costing and other similar duties. Undertake inspections for pre-installations and investigate services which may be required for new equipment and carry out minor installation improvement works
