Job summary

Manpower UK in Evesham is seeking a Painter & Decorator to join our facilities team. You will perform planned and reactive paint work across the estate, helping deliver a secure and well-maintained environment.

The role requires NVQ 2/3 in Painting & Decorating, relevant experience, and solid knowledge of health and safety, risk assessments, and method statements. A 39-hour week with a rotating pattern (1 in 3 weekends) applies. Clearance: Security Clearance, DBS and CTC checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant work-related experience.
• Good awareness of health and safety, method statements and risk assessments.

The Role

The Painter & Decorator plays a key role in supporting the Clean, Rehabilitative, Enabling & Decent (CRED) programme. This includes working alongside clients to supervise and guide them in developing hands?on employability skills while contributing to the improvement of living conditions across the estate. Through this work, you will help deliver a safe, decent environment and support meaningful rehabilitation activities, contributing to both social value and client development.

Responsibilities

• This role will also support both local and business zero carbo5n programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
