Job summary

MMP Consultancy is seeking multiskilled painters and decorators to cover residential properties in Manchester. The roles require painting, decorating and light maintenance across sites, with a permanent contract and regular shifts.

Job description

Multiskilled Painter & Decorator (x2) Location: Manchester Salary: 41,964 per annum Contract: Permanent We are looking for experienced Multiskilled Painter & Decorators to carry out painting, decorating, and minor maintenance works across residential properties.

Key Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating
• Experience within social housing, maintenance, or property services
• Ability to complete associated multi-skilled repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence (must be willing to drive a transit van)
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 11:30am - 8:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
• One weekday and Sunday off each week

Interview Process

Stage 1: Telephone screening with Hiring Manager
Stage 2: Face-to-face interview and practical skills test
Candidates must attend in workwear, bring their own hand tools, and provide evidence of their NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification.
