Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join a reputable team delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes. The role requires attention to detail, reliable workmanship and a valid driving license.

You will prep surfaces, damp and mould repairs, apply decorative finishes and ensure timely project delivery with clean, safe work practices. A permanent full-time position with competitive salary and opportunities for training awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, qualified or time served.
• Proficient in interior and exterior painting techniques.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment and safety measures.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces to high standards.
• Damp and mould disrepairs; mould washes.
• Execute detailed decorative finishes.
• Surface preparation, including sanding and patching.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to meet client expectations.
