Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator in the Northwest London area. You will perform internal and external painting works across social housing stock, ensuring high-quality finishes and safety compliance.

Travel to additional sites may be required with mileage reimbursed. The role demands meticulous workmanship, strong communication with residents, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Painter and Decorator.
• City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating.
• Own basic tools and reliable, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating across housing stock.
• Maintain safe, compliant, high-quality finishes.
• Prepare surfaces, fill, sand, and make good.
• Work collaboratively with Housing Managers and residents.
• Adhere to health and safety and fire safety policies.
• Ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Travel between sites; mileage paid via expenses.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
