Build Recruitment is seeking a Painter to join our client's damp and mould maintenance team in the Redditch / Birmingham area. This is a role working in occupied domestic properties, focusing on painting repairs, upgrades and general maintenance.

Requirements include NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting, experience in social housing or domestic repairs, strong communication and customer service, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to perform basic secondary trades.

Competenze

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting.
• Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).

Mansioni

• Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic/social housing settings
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
