Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
• Experience within social housing or property maintenance is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works.
• Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, and making good.
• Wallpaper stripping and hanging where required.
• Complete work within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and tidy.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer care.
