Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking skilled Painters and Decorators to join its Maintenance Team, supporting homes across Northwest London. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires reliable workmanship and a professional approach.

You will paint internal and external areas, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with Housing Managers and residents. A full UK driving licence is needed; travel between sites is required, with mileage reimbursed.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Painter and Decorator.
• City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating.
• Reliable, professional approach with pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for detail and punctual.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Protocols and Regulations.
• Working at Height Training and knowledge of safe handling.

Responsabilidades

• Paint and decorate internal and external areas to a high standard.
• Maintain safety compliance and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Collaborate with Housing Managers and residents to deliver customer-friendly service.
• Prepare surfaces, fill, sand and make good as required.
• Travel between sites; mileage paid via expenses.
