Job summary

Winchester College requires an experienced Painter & Decorator to work across its historic and varied building stock. You will join an in-house maintenance team and handle internal and external surfaces to high standards, including refurbishment and routine works, under supervision as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Painter & Decorator, able to work unsupervised.
• Experience with listed buildings and traditional skills advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all painting and decorating on College buildings.
• Work on refurbishment, cyclical maintenance and reactive works under supervision.
• Prepare, finish and maintain internal and external surfaces to a high standard.
