Job summary

Carbon60 is seeking a Painter to join our maintenance team on a temporary contract of approximately three months or longer. The role covers lifecycle painting and decorating across multiple sites, reporting to the Senior Technician and Senior Account Manager, with responsibilities including maintaining building fabric and supporting change requests.

A security vetting process is required; once cleared, you will receive full uniform and access to a pool vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and decorating and maintenance work.
• DBS check is required for access to sites.
• UK driving licence preferred for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and installation works to a high standard.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks across properties.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations and company standards.
• Complete job reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
• Use the company van responsibly for travel between home and work locations.

The Role

We are seeking a Painter to join us with contract, The role is offered on a temporary basis for approximately three months or longer. Working as part of the maintenance team and reporting to the Senior Technician and Senior Account Manager, the successful candidate will carry out lifecycle painting and decorating works across multiple operational sites, including administrative and training facilities. The role involves maintaining the internal and external building fabric to ensure safe and continuous operation, while also assisting with approved fabric-related change requests.

Due to the nature of the sites, the successful candidate will be required to complete a security vetting process prior to starting. Once clearance has been granted, full uniform and access to a pool vehicle will be provided.

Successful Candidate
