BELFOR Austria GmbH in Sheffield is seeking an experienced painter/decorator to prepare, finish, and restore surfaces to a professional standard. You will work on-site, sometimes with other trades, to ensure finishes meet project specifications and client expectations.

The role emphasizes customer-facing communication, safety, and a high level of workmanship. A full UK driving license is required, with additional decorating qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in painting, decorating, and surface preparation within restoration or residential environments.
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes across a range of decorating tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues on-site.
• Physical ability to work in varied environments and maintain a high level of workmanship.
• Desirable: City & Guilds or NVQ qualification.
• Full UK driving license.
