Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Painter/Decorator for a temporary three-month contract at facilities in Oldham. The role involves maintenance painting across sites, including admin and training facilities, with uniform and a pool van provided after vetting.

Responsibilities include completing planned and reactive tasks, diagnosing faults, and ensuring health and safety compliance. A basic DBS, UK driving licence, NVQ Level 2 and CSCS card are required.

Qualifications

• Basic DBS Certificate is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months) is required.
• NVQ Level 2 qualification is required.
• CSCS Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs and installation works to a high standard.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Complete job reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site.
• Use company van responsibly for travel between home and work locations.
