Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Painter/Decorator to support multiple client sites in London. You will perform painting and decorating tasks, and general maintenance in a safe, efficient manner.

Role involves carrying out PPM and reactive repairs, recording materials and time, and reporting defects to improve service delivery. City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Painting & Decorating required, with experience in facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Painting & Decorating or similar trade.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities

Job description

ROLE: Painter / Decorator

HOURS: 36 hrs/week

LOCATION: London

We're looking for a Painter/Decorator (Handyperson) who will support multiple Mitie client sites by delivering high-quality painting, decorating, and general building maintenance services in a safe and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications
