Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions relating to paint finishing and polishing.
• Complete all station tasks to the required quality standards and within set timescales.
• Carry out exterior polishing using the correct materials, tools, and methods.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure a flawless finish with zero defects.
• Perform flattening, polishing, and touch‑up operations as required.
• Support problem‑solving activities relating to quality, cost, or productivity.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure correct disposal of hazardous and non‑hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean, organised working environment and take care of tools and equipment.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience within an automotive or similar manufacturing environment is an advantage.
