Job summary

Winner Recruitment in partnership with a forward-thinking manufacturer is seeking an Industrial Paint Sprayer to join the production team. You will prepare components, apply coatings, and work from technical drawings to high standards.

The role offers a 4-day week, 2:00pm–12:30am shifts, and a 20% shift allowance, plus healthcare and ongoing training. A friendly, safety-focused environment supports career progression.

Qualifications

Industrial Paint Sprayer

Full-Time | Permanent | Manufacturing Environment

Winner Recruitment have partnered with a forward-thinking manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join their production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with experience applying industrial coatings within a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication environment.

The Role

• Prepare components and fabricated structures for paint application.




• Apply industrial coatings using a variety of spray painting equipment.




• Mix and apply specialist paint systems in line with technical specifications.




• Carry out masking, preparation, and finishing duties.




• Complete quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.




• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in an Industrial Paint Spraying role.




• Experience using airless, air-assisted, or conventional spray systems.




• Good understanding of industrial coating processes.




• Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.




• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.




• A positive attitude with a focus on health and safety.
