Job summary

Lotus Cars is seeking a Process Supporter in the Manufacturing Department at Hethel to lead a team of Production Operatives, ensuring tasks are completed safely, accurately and on time every cycle. The role combines hands-on leadership with process adherence in the Paint Shop, driving continuous improvement and a high standard of performance.

You will coach and develop operators, manage daily planning, monitor KPIs and ensure SHE and 5S standards are followed, contributing to reliable production
