Role focuses on robust problem-solving, data-driven improvements and hands-on support for repairs, while developing new techniques for efficient paint operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive paint application or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with data and process improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Implement repair right first time (RFT) and data-driven improvement projects.
• Inspect painted vehicle bodies and components; assess film thickness and appearance; take corrective actions.
• Lead process-optimisation projects to reduce waste and improve paint application performance.
• Investigate production issues using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Support process creation and training of new techniques for the production team.
