Job summary

Dennis Eagle is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for the Paint division in Warwick. The role oversees production planning, team development and continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities include maintaining ISO 9001/14001 compliance, leading a hands-on, engaging team, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer expectations. Flexible and hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, production or workshop.
• Strong knowledge of industrial paint processes and related systems.
• Experience with blast and paint booth operations.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Experience managing performance, employee relations and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Paint production team to deliver safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Plan production schedules, resources and labour to maximise productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards (ISO 9001/14001).
• Monitor performance, resolve production challenges and implement recovery plans.
• Manage stock, consumables and equipment maintenance to support targets.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
