Job summary

Owen Daniels is looking for an experienced Paint Production Manager to oversee robotic paint facilities in Pickering. The role involves leading the team to meet production targets and ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will manage continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical expertise in paint application processes. This is a permanent role with a work schedule from Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 1:30pm.

• Proven experience managing high-volume paint production operations.
• Strong knowledge of robotic paint application systems.
• Extensive experience with both conventional and electrostatic paint spraying technologies.
