Job summary

Terex in Ballymoney is seeking a skilled Paint Operative to join the production line. You will load and unload parts, spray paint, and help the team meet daily targets in a safety‑conscious environment.

Experience in steel shot blasting and high‑volume paint lines is preferred, with 2‑pack painting desirable. Strong mechanical skills, problem solving, and clear communication are essential, and some shift work may be required.

Job Description

Position Title: Paint Operative

Location: Ballymoney

Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Hours of work: 39 hours per week, Mon - Thurs

Reporting to production line supervisors we require experienced personnel who are capable of working in a team based environment, manufacturing mobile screening equipment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload production line
• Spray painting
• Shot Blasting
• Meet set targets whilst working on the production line
• Safe and controlled movement of production parts

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in steel shot blasting
• Worked previously in high volume production paint line
• Experience of using 2 pack painting is desirable
• Experience of working in a quality driven environment

To be considered it is essential that you meet the above requirements and have proven engineering manufacturing experience, good mechanical skills, have a keen approach to problem solving and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills are also essential. Successful candidates may be required to work on a shift basis.
