Job summary

Impression Digital Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Leader who will own end-to-end service strategy across key client accounts. You will define KPIs, pace budgets, and deliver strategic solutions with senior support to test, learn, and transform ideas into reality.

This hybrid role offers autonomy, a focus on experimentation, and progression to lead highly complex Tier 1 accounts alongside Senior Strategists.

Responsibilities

• The Channel Owner: own accounts, develop end-to-end service strategy and roadmap, define primary KPIs and ensure activity aligns with client goals.
• Budget Mastery & Pacing: manage large budgets, pace spend monthly, adjust to maximise ROI, and provide forecasts.
• Proactive Problem Solving: adapt roadmap to new challenges and communicate rationale to clients.
• Testing & Innovation: design rigorous experiments, challenge norms, and push platform limits with senior support.
• Feed & Shopping Excellence: lead on product feeds, set up and triage feed issues to improve results on campaigns.
