Job summary

WPP Media is hiring an Account Executive in the UK to join a busy Paid Social team. You will be trained to manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, monitor performance, generate reports, and provide client-ready insights.

You will work with line-managers, attend partner trainings, and contribute to a collaborative paid social community in a hybrid office setup, with development opportunities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
• Interest in how digital advertising works, especially on social media channels.
• Computer literacy with a good base of skills across Microsoft Office (including Excel).
• Comfort with handling large data and numbers in a busy agency environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end setup of paid social campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Regular QA checks to ensure campaigns follow best-practice standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing; troubleshoot and optimize as needed.
• Produce detailed, weekly/monthly campaign performance reports (often in Excel).
• Write performance commentary with insights and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with line-manager and wider team to deliver high-quality work for clients.
• Attend partner trainings to develop paid social skills.
