Super Group, the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind Betway, is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to support execution, testing and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their media buying career with exposure to iGaming, Nutra, Dating or Gaming verticals and eager to develop performance marketing expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR).

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign setup and execution across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Support ad creative testing, audience testing and budget pacing.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag trends or opportunities.
• Compile and maintain campaign reports and dashboards.
• Perform basic optimisations under guidance (pause underperforming ads, adjust budgets).
• Ensure accurate tracking and tagging (pixels, events, UTMs).
• Collaborate with creative, tracking and analytics teams to support success.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices.
