Betway Global is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to drive our paid performance across global markets. You will own the paid social engine, shaping strategy for sports and casino audiences, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI.

You’ll manage large budgets across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms, ensuring compliant campaigns that boost acquisition, retention and brand growth while staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead global paid social strategy across sports and casino verticals, managing full-funnel planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Oversee campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms, ensuring KPI delivery and ROI across multiple markets.
• Develop audience strategies (segmentation, lookalikes, retargeting), testing frameworks, and high-performing paid assets with design teams.
• Manage and forecast significant budgets, introduce new vendors/platforms, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with brand positioning, regulatory standards, and responsible gaming requirements while aligning paid and organic strategies.
• Provide performance insights to senior stakeholders and collaborate with CRM, Retention, Sponsorship, and Finance teams.
