Betway Group is seeking a senior paid social leader to run global sports and casino campaigns from strategy through execution. You will manage large budgets, optimise across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X and Reddit, and collaborate with design to test creative frameworks.

You’ll ensure compliance with gaming regulations while driving measurable ROI across multiple markets. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with AppsFlyer and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale paid social campaigns for B2C brands, preferably in sports, entertainment, gaming, or betting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools and attribution models.
• Proficiency with mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead global paid social strategy across sports and casino verticals, managing full-funnel planning, execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Oversee campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit and emerging platforms, ensuring KPI delivery and ROI across multiple markets.
• Develop audience strategies (segmentation, lookalikes, retargeting), testing frameworks, and high-performing assets in collaboration with design.
• Manage and forecast significant budgets, introduce new vendors/platforms, and stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and responsible gaming requirements while aligning paid and organic strategies.
• Provide performance insights to senior stakeholders and lead real-time amplification around major events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Retention, Sponsorship and Finance teams.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future planning.
