Job summary

TEAM is recruiting a Paid Social Manager to drive acquisition across international markets. You will own campaigns on Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, managing significant budgets and shaping strategy across multiple brands.

You will partner with country managers and stakeholders to forecast, report and optimise performance, turning data into actionable recommendations and driving growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Paid Social experience across Meta, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Experience managing full-funnel campaigns from setup to scale.
• People-management experience of 1–2 years.
• Strong CPA, ROAS, ROI and LTV understanding.
• Budgets across multiple markets/brands with analytics discipline.
• Experience with tracking, attribution, and campaign links/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise full-funnel acquisition campaigns across Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, managing budgets, performance and ROI.
• Develop forecasts and commercial plans across international markets with country managers and stakeholders.
• Analyse costs, first-time depositors, lifetime value and ROI to inform actions.
• Present results and recommendations to senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand and Data teams on assets, tracking, testing and compliance.
• Coach junior team members and drive automation, reporting and efficiency.
